Puffy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chocolate chips
Instructions:
Beat together shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, salt and baking powder. Add chocolate chips. Chill cookie dough for at least 10 minutes. Drop small scoops on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
